Selected Yamaha WaveRunner dealers in NSW – including Sydney Watercraft Centre and Wollongong City Jet Ski – have launched a Marine Mega Sale from 29 June to 5 July 2026.
The seven days of savings are only available at participating Yamaha WaveRunner dealers in NSW; dealers in other states have either had their own promotional period or are due to have one.
The following discounts apply to all 2026 Yamaha WaveRunner models in stock at participating dealers:
- $3000 off all SVHO models (powered by supercharged 1.8-litre four-cylinder)
- $2500 off all HO models (powered by non-supercharged 1.9-litre four-cylinder)
- $2000 off TR-1 models excluding JetBlaster (powered by non-supercharged 1050cc three-cylinder)
- $1000 off TR-1 JetBlaster models (powered by non-supercharged 1050cc three-cylinder)
There are also finance and insurance deals to approved purchasers via Yamaha Motor Finance (YMF) and Yamaha Marine Insurance (YMI).
Both Sydney Watercraft Centre in Sydney’s west and Wollongong City Jet Ski south of Sydney say they are offering deals even better than the advertised discounts, though they have not shared exact prices amid the fierce competition.
The Yamaha Marine Mega Sale in NSW is occuring more than a month ahead of the 2026 Sydney Boat Show.
All three personal watercraft brands Sea-Doo, Yamaha WaveRunner and Kawasaki Jet Ski have elected to boycott this year’s Sydney Boat Show citing rising exhibitor costs.
The personal watercraft industry is also dealing with a softening in sales of new Jet Skis following a surge during the coronavirus health crisis, when people splurged on holidaying at home amid international travel restrictions.
The global pandemic delivered a financial windfall to personal watercraft brands during a period of local lockdowns, however there is now a glut of near-new secondhand Jet Skis since the borders reopened and international travel recommenced.
