2025 Kawasaki Ultra colour schemes unveiled ahead of showroom arrivals later this year

The Kawasaki Ultra line-up will come in for colour and trim changes next year – and the addition of a highly-anticipated fishing Jet Ski. Here’s everything we know so far.

The 2025 Kawasaki Ultra 160 and 310 colour schemes have been unveiled – and if US pricing is a guide, there are no shocking price rises for the first time in years.

The 2025 Kawasaki Ultra 160 and 310 colours have been released in time for the US summer – which is ramping up now – and are also expected to arrive in time for the Australian summer at the end of this year.

There are no mechanical upgrades or bodywork changes because the Kawasaki Ultra 310 was a new model in 2022, and the Kawasaki Ultra 160 was a new model in 2023.

Among the highlights: the return of Kawasaki green to the Ultra 310 LX-S (pictured above) – and the addition of Kawasaki’s first dedicated fishing Jet Ski (pictured below).

The Kawasaki Ultra 160 LX-S Angler – a rival to the Sea-Doo Fish Pro Sport and Yamaha FX HO Jet Fish – is yet to be priced in the US or Australia, but here’s what we know so far.

The 2025 Kawasaki Ultra 160 LX-S Angler will come with a cooler box, fishing rod holders, a Garmin navigation unit and fish finder, and large flotation pods on either side of the vessel to improve stability when fishing.

Australian prices for the 2025 Kawasaki Ultra 160 and 310 ranges are yet to be announced.

However, if US pricing is a guide, only one model has been subject to an increase.

The Kawasaki Ultra 310 X (pictured above) has risen by $US900 – from $US18,299 to $US19,199 – ski only.

Here’s hoping Kawasaki Australia follows the lead of its US counterpart and keeps price rises off the table.

All three Jet Ski brands in Australia – Sea-Doo, Yamaha and Kawasaki – currently have sharp discounts ranging from $1000 to $3500 on 2023 stock.

Sales of Jet Skis have hit the brakes in Australia following record demand during COVID in 2022 – and now all three brands are overstocked.

The current crop of discounts in Australia from Sea-Doo, Yamaha and Kawasaki are due to expire on 31 July 2024.

However with Sydney Boat Show just around the corner – early August – fresh deals could emerge.

Meantime, here is a recap of US pricing for the 2025 Kawasaki Ultra range – and how prices compare to the 2024 models.
