Sea-Doo has shifted into new discount territory with a fresh deal up to $4500 off – the biggest savings in memory – in a national promotion launched today to coincide with the opening of the 2024 Sydney Boat Show.
The new Sea-Doo deal replaces previous discounts up to $3500 over the past nine months – the longest discount campaign in the brand’s history.
Sea-Doo – which has more than 70 per cent of the personal watercraft market in Australia – is massively overstocked after sales hit reverse in the wake of the global pandemic.
While a record number of personal watercraft were sold in 2022 – falling just shy of 10,000 sales nationally across all three brands Sea-Doo, Yamaha and Kawasaki – sales tanked in 2023.
For the past 18 months, sales of personal watercraft in Australia are way down compared to the previous two years, which is why Sea-Doo has announced unprecedented discounts.
The biggest savings are on 2022 models – and it’s important to note the discount is applied to 2022 prices, not the inflated 2024 prices, which makes the savings even more significant.
All offers are subject to stock availability in a ‘first-in, best-dressed’ promotion.
Sea-Doo dealers canvassed by Watercraft Zone say there are only “handfuls” of certain model variants in Sea-Doo’s warehouse.
At these prices, Sea-Doo inventory is expected to sell quickly.
While the discounts listed below are available at all Sea-Doo dealers nationally from 1 August to 31 October 2024 (while stock lasts), the company has added three-year warranty coverage (up from the standard two years) on models sold during the 2024 Sydney Boat Show (1 to 4 August 2024).
Three-year warranty coverage on all deals signed at the 2024 Sydney Boat Show also apply to supercharged models, which hasn’t happened for years.
Historically, the extra year of warranty coverage (from two years to three years) has primarily applied to Sea-Doo’s non-supercharged range.
The RRPs listed below were supplied by Sea-Doo in the year each model was introduced – and have been compiled by Watercraft Zone.

The prices listed below exclude costs such as trailer and registration, which typically add $2500 to $3000 depending on the cost of the registration in each state, and the type of trailer purchased.
As the data shows, the discounted prices of 2022 models have hit an epic new low.
It’s worth noting while the vessels are fitted with a 2022 build plate, in many cases the features are the same as 2023 and 2024 models – and the three-year warranty does not start until the day the craft is delivered to the customer.
