Yamaha Australia has launched one final discount campaign to see the year out and clear remaining stock of current model WaveRunners before next year’s inventory arrives.
The company is now offering up to $2500 off 2024 models in a new promotion which runs from 16 October 2024 and expires on 31 December 2024 – or while stock lasts.
Yamaha WaveRunner dealers canvassed by Watercraft Zone said remaining 2024 stock is already getting low following the recent “triple treat” offer that included free insurance, 2.99 per cent finance and up to $2000 off the RRP.
That deal is now gone – with the exception of 2024 Yamaha WaveRunner orders signed at this weekend’s Melbourne International Boat Show – and has today been replaced by a new offer.
From 16 October to 31 December 2024, Yamaha Australia is offering the following deals.
- $2500 off all 2024 supercharged models such as the FX SVHO and GP SVHO
- $2000 off all 2024 1.9-litre models such as the FX HO and GP 19 HO
- $1500 off all 2024 three-cylinder models such as the EX and SuperJet

At the 2024 Melbourne International Boat Show this weekend, Yamaha customers can instead opt into the previous offer of free insurance, 2.99 per cent finance and up to $2000 off (this is a repeat of the same deal offered at the 2024 Sydney International Boat Show back in August):
- $2000 off all 2024 supercharged models such as the FX SVHO and GP SVHO
- $1500 off all 2024 1.9-litre models such as the FX HO and GP 19 HO
- $1000 off all 2024 three-cylinder models such as the EX and SuperJet
However, whichever Yamaha WaveRunner deal customers go for, it will be a case of first in, best dressed.
Yamaha WaveRunner dealers have told Watercraft Zone that 2024 stock is already so low they are worried there may be a blackout while they wait for 2025 inventory to arrive.
At this stage, the first shipments of 2025 Yamaha WaveRunner models are due to arrive in Australia in November and December 2024, pending any delays.
However, the new-generation Yamaha JetBlaster series is not due in local showrooms until some time in the first few months of 2025, pending any delays.
