Yamaha WaveRunner prices in Australia are subject to massive savings of up to $3000 between now and the middle of January 2026.
And the good news is the deals are on current 2025 Yamaha WaveRunner models, not last year’s runout editions.
Sharp discounts on Jet Skis usually don’t appear until the middle of the year in Australia – in the depths of winter, the quietest time for personal watercraft sales.
However, Yamaha Australia appears to have pulled forward its winter discount offering so it can clear the decks of 2025 stock before 2026 inventory arrives.
It means Australian buyers will be able to grab a bargain on a current Yamaha WaveRunner in time for summer – rather than waiting until the middle of next year to cash-in on a deal.
Yamaha WaveRunner dealers canvassed by Watercraft Zone advised the current offers only apply while stock lasts – and not all models are being discounted.
The next-generation 2025 Yamaha JetBlaster series (pictured above) is not part of the current discount campaign because it is an all-new model.
And there does not appear to be a deal on the 2025 Yamaha JetFish edition (pictured below), even though it is based on the FX HO which is currently subject to a $2500 saving.
However there are deals available on every other model in the Yamaha WaveRunner line-up in Australia.
The Yamaha WaveRunner deals running from 15 September 2025 to 15 January 2026 (while stock lasts) are as follows:
- 2025 Yamaha WaveRunner FX SVHO Limited (supercharged 1.8L): $3000 off
- 2025 Yamaha WaveRunner FX SVHO Cruiser (supercharged 1.8L): $3000 off
- 2025 Yamaha WaveRunner FX SVHO (supercharged 1.8L): $3000 off
- 2025 Yamaha WaveRunner GP 1800 SVHO (supercharged 1.8L): $3000 off
- 2025 Yamaha WaveRunner FX HO Cruiser (non-supercharged 1.9L): $2500 off
- 2025 Yamaha WaveRunner FX HO (non-supercharged 1.9L): $2500 off
- 2025 Yamaha WaveRunner GP 19 HO (non-supercharged 1.9L): $2500 off
- 2025 Yamaha WaveRunner VX Cruiser HO (non-supercharged 1.9L): $2500 off
- 2025 Yamaha WaveRunner VX Cruiser (non-supercharged 1050cc): $2000 off
- 2025 Yamaha WaveRunner VX Deluxe (non-supercharged 1050cc): $2000 off
- 2025 Yamaha WaveRunner VX Cruiser (non-supercharged 1050cc): $2000 off
- 2024 Yamaha JetBlaster previous model (non-supercharged 1050cc): $2000 off
- 2024 Yamaha EX previous model (non-supercharged 1050cc): $2000 off
- 2024 Yamaha EX Deluxe previous model (non-supercharged 1050cc): $2000 off
While care has been taken to ensure the above savings are accurate, please check final pricing with your local Yamaha WaveRunner dealer.
“We’ve never had such big savings on current models going into summer like this before,” one Yamaha WaveRunner dealer told Watercraft Zone.
“So we don’t expect to have much stock left as summer gets closer.
“My advice would be for people to start locking in a ski now, so they at least have a choice.
“Because once these 2025s are gone, they’re gone – and the 2026 stock will arrive at full price.”
As this article was published, prices for 2026 Yamaha WaveRunners were yet to be announced in Australia.
Last year, Yamaha Australia paused price rises and carried the RRPs from 2024 into 2025 after years of record increases.
As previously reported here, there are only colour and trim changes to the 2026 Yamaha WaveRunner line-up versus the 2025 models.
It means the 2025 Yamaha WaveRunners being discounted are mechanically identical to the inbound 2026 models.
Meantime, rivals Sea-Doo and Kawasaki Jet Ski have a range of offers – however the deals are currently due to expire at the end of next month, on 31 October 2025.
