2026 Sea-Doo RXT-X 325 lands in Australia early, other models on the way

Sea-Doo has surprised Australian fans of performance Jet Skis with the early arrival of the 2026 Sea-Doo RXT-X 325. And more 2026 models are just around the corner. Here is everything we know so far.

EXCLUSIVE

The first shipments of 2026 Sea-Doo models have arrived months earlier than expected.

Most Sea-Doo dealers in Australia have in the past 24 hours taken delivery of at least one example of a 2026 Sea-Doo RXT-X 325 high performance Jet Ski.

Other models – including the new 2026 Sea-Doo RXP-X 325 – are due to follow in the next month or so, dealers have advised.

Watercraft Zone was present when Beaches Sea-Doo and Can-Am in Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches was unloading its first 2026 Sea-Doo RXT-X 325 in the new Gulfstream Blue.

As previously reported, in addition to the colour change, the 2026 Sea-Doo RXT-X 325 comes with a new 10.25-inch touchscreen (the largest in the personal watercraft market to date) and new handlebar toggle switches.

Interestingly, the 2026 Sea-Doo RXT-X 325 no longer has the RS sticker which denotes the higher top speed than what is offered in the US.

It is unclear if the absence of the RS sticker is a production error or whether the factory has decided to reduce complexity on the assembly line.

So, why is the 2026 Sea-Doo RXT-X 325 here so soon?

In previous years, the first shipments of new Sea-Doo models would arrive in the days and weeks leading up to Christmas. In some cases, they would be delivered to showrooms on Christmas Eve.

However, a new ordering system – which has been welcomed by Sea-Doo dealers canvassed by Watercraft Zone – has enabled Australia to get an earlier production slot.

Previously, dealers in Australia would order the following year’s stock in August during the global BRP dealer meeting.

This year, Sea-Doo Australia asked dealers to place their 2026 orders way back in April 2025.

This timing ensured earlier production slots – and earlier showroom deliveries in Australia.

The other advantage: with 2026 Sea-Doo stock starting to arrive in Australia now, there is less risk of shipping delays which are common in the immediate lead-up to summer.

Watercraft Zone spoke with a number of Sea-Doo dealers who advised they have received at least one 2026 Sea-Doo RXT-X 325. They have been assured other 2026 models are not far behind.

As previously reported, Sea-Doo has made a number of colour and trim changes to 2026 models.

The other model to come with the new 10.25-inch touchscreen and new handlebar toggle switches is the 2026 Sea-Doo GTX Limited 325, however it debuted these tech changes in 2025.

Sea-Doo customarily introduces new technology on its flagship ski before applying it to other top-end models the following year.
