The 2026 Sea-Doo Fish Pro Trophy 170 has come in for a major technology upgrade as the brand’s top fishing model enters its fifth year in production.
In addition to gaining the new 10.25-inch touchscreen – the largest in the Jet Ski world to date – it now comes with a larger 9-inch touchscreen Garmin navigation unit and fish finder (up from the previous 7-inch device).
Plus the 2026 Sea-Doo Fish Pro Trophy 170 gains the height-adjustable handlebar set-up that debuted on the limited edition 2025 Sea-Doo Fish Pro Apex 300.
It means the 2026 Sea-Doo Fish Pro Trophy 170 now has height and tilt adjustable handlebars (the same as the Sea-Doo Explorer Pro).
These models remain the only Jet Skis available to date with both types of handlebar adjustment.
The 2026 Sea-Doo Fish Pro Trophy 170 also gains the steering damper set-up that first appeared on high-performance Sea-Doos in 2022.
It means riders can adjust how heavy or light the steering input is when making tight turns.
Other features of the 2026 Sea-Doo Fish Pro 170 remain unchanged compared to previous years.
Key highlights that carryover from before include the live bait well (pictured above), claw anchor, dual battery set-up and Sea-Doo’s patented IDF ‘intelligent debris-free’ reverse thrust debris removal system.
Sea-Doo has also wisely stayed with the winning colour and trim combination of ‘shark grey’ with orange highlights.
The technology upgrades, however, mean the price of the 2026 Sea-Doo Fish Pro Trophy 170 has risen compared to last year.
The RRP for the 2026 Sea-Doo Fish Pro Trophy 170 is listed as $32,699 (excluding trailer and registration), making it the most expensive non-supercharged Jet Ski on sale in Australia today.
The $32,699 sticker is $2100 more than it was in 2025 ($30,599) and more than $5000 higher than the 2022 launch price of $27,300 – meaning the price of the Sea-Doo Fish Pro Trophy has risen by almost 20 per cent in five years.
Notably, the 2026 Sea-Doo Fish Pro Trophy 170 is set to take over as the flagship of Sea-Doo’s non-supercharged fleet.
While the 2026 Sea-Doo Explorer Pro has also gained the new 10.25-inch touchscreen, the Explorer Pro is no longer sold with a factory-fitted Garmin navigation unit.
Instead, Sea-Doo wants owners of the 2026 Sea-Doo Explorer Pro to use the 10.25-inch touchscreen for navigation via the BRP Go app – or purchase a Garmin as a dealer-fit accessory.
