Nine months after being unveiled globally – and six months after they left the US factory – the first shipments of the flagship 2022 Yamaha FX series have finally arrived in Australia in significant numbers.
The 2022 Yamaha FX series has come in for a major upgrade with a stronger hull, a new ride plate, repositioned sponsons, larger digital displays with navigation, a GPS speedo, waterproof speakers, and a larger glovebox with power and lighting.
It’s winter in Australia which means it’s summer in the US, the world’s biggest market for Jet Skis and personal watercraft. It’s also the season leading up to next year’s model reveals.
