The NSW Police air wing has shared details of an unusual rescue of a Jet Ski rider after his vessel lost power and began drifting along the Georges River. Guided by help from above, an officer on the ground commandeered a small boat with two ladies on board to tow the Jet Ski to safety.
Authorities have intercepted a number of Jet Ski riders on Sydney Harbour in recent months, but there was one instance where permission was granted for two Jet Skis in distress.
