After years of record price rises in the Jet Ski and personal watercraft market, a new round of sharp discounts has been announced in the lead-up to the Australian summer.
Following recent discounts from Yamaha WaveRunner (up to $1500 off to 31 December 2023) and Kawasaki Jet Ski (up to $1500 off to 31 January 2024), market leader Sea-Doo has slashed prices by between $1500 and $3500 across the local line-up.
Sea-Doo is also offering 0 per cent finance – or 4.99 per cent finance – plus an extra year of warranty on certain models in the range.
The Sea-Doo summer deals on 2022 and 2023 models expire on 31 January 2024 and apply while stock lasts.
Sea-Doo Australia has dug deep to clear the decks – and dealer stock – ahead of the imminent arrival of 2024 models by the end of this year.
Given the 2024 Sea-Doo model range went up by between $230 and $3110, the runout deals on 2022 and 2023 Sea-Doo stock amount to savings in some cases of close to $5000 compared to next year’s line-up.
The three models with the biggest discount of $3500 – the Sea-Doo Fish Pro series – have no colour or trim changes to distinguish 2024 models from their 2023 equivalents, delivering buyers an even bigger bargain.
The Sea-Doo summer deals on 2022 and 2023 models in Australia are as follows:
- Sea-Doo Fish Pro Scout: $3500 off or 0 per cent finance
- Sea-Doo Fish Pro Sport: $3500 off or 0 per cent finance
- Sea-Doo Fish Pro Trophy: $3500 off or 0 per cent finance
- Sea-Doo Spark: $2000 off or 0 per cent finance
- Sea-Doo Spark Trixx: $2000 off or 0 per cent finance
- Sea-Doo GTR230: $1500 off or 4.99 per cent finance
- Sea-Doo RXP-X300: $1500 off or 4.99 per cent finance
- Sea-Doo RXT-X300: $1500 off or 4.99 per cent finance
- Sea-Doo Explorer Pro 170: $1500 off
- Sea-Doo Wake Pro 170: $1500 off
- Sea-Doo GTX 170: $1500 off
- Sea-Doo GTX 230: $1500 off
- Sea-Doo GTX Limited 300: $1500 off
- Sea-Doo GTI 90: $1500 off
- Sea-Doo GTI 130: $1500 off
- Sea-Doo GTI 170: $1500 off
On Sea-Doo models available with 0 per cent or 4.99 finance offers, the terms are as follows:
- 15 per cent deposit required
- Repayments must be completed in 12 to 36 months (one to three years) with no residual (or “balloon”)
- Finance offer is subject to credit approval
In addition, all 2022 Sea-Doo models (excluding supercharged variants) come with a three-year warranty versus the standard two-year coverage, regardless of whether they are bought at a discounted price or with a finance offer.
Sea-Doo Australia says its latest offers are due to expire on 31 January 2024 – or while stock lasts.
